Legacy gifts are received by your chosen organization only upon your death, can have tax benefits and are a great way to leave a lasting legacy that will have a positive impact for generations to come.
When you use Willfora you do not have to leave a gift to any cause, but we hope you will join our 1% Pledge and consider leaving at least 1% to any cause of your choosing.
Yes! Willfora employs bank-grade encryption between your browser and our servers so your data is secure while using the app. Our databases are encrypted at-rest and are not accessible directly from the open web.
We do not sell your data or contact information. If you support a charitable cause, you can optionally instruct us to connect you with them and share your gift, so they can say thank you and work with you to ensure your gift is honoured per your wishes.
You also have the right to be forgotten. Email us to request your data be deleted from our servers, if you no longer wish to use the service.
No, leaving a gift is completely optional. If you do decide to leave a gift, support any charitable cause of your choosing.
Yes. With Willfora you have unlimited updates and can make changes to your Will, including gifts you may have made in the past. The service will continue to be free to you.
